Getting Started

To get started, the best way to contact me is via email. You may set up a phone consultation, or some clients choose to set up an Initial Intake Session. We may discuss what you are looking for, goals for therapy and how I might be able to help you. The Initial Intake Session involves you and I discussing your background and history, difficulties and how therpy might be able to help you. 

Therapy Sessions

If you and I decide to work together, we can begin by meeting weekly for consistency of treatment and progress. We may eventually decide to meet less frequently based on your preference and need. Checking in periodically on treatment goals and progress allows us to decide together if anything needs to be addressed or changed. 


In some cases, there may be a need to refer outside of treatment or to a more specialized treatment. If this comes up, we will work together to find you the resources you need.
